used soapfaulty thermostat
Okay, so, first off, the room was supposedly cleaned, but i FOUND a used bar of soap in the shower. i mean, seriously? also, the thermostat seemed decorative. The room was either an icebox or a sauna, and THERE was no in-between. it's like they wanted to give us the full british weather experience, indoors.

I found the water pressure in the shower really weak. the toilet barely flushed. It was quite annoying.
