Jessica upgraded our room to a suite because it was my anniversary! the hotel even sent champagne. the staff was very helpful. I loved the stay so much i extended it! the hotel provided complimentary whisky and a caramel wafer. the staff was friendly, especially at breakfast.
the room servicing wasn't quite up to par, and at the price, i would have expected another complimentary biscuit on the second day.

charlie assisted us with the luggage from the taxi. ivor took us right to the waiting room in the station for our london train. the service was above and beyond.
it was particularly difficult with bags.
