Jessica upgraded our room to a suite because it was my anniversary! the hotel even sent champagne. the staff was very helpful. I loved the stay so much i extended it! the hotel provided complimentary whisky and a caramel wafer. the staff was friendly, especially at breakfast.
the room servicing wasn't quite up to par, and at the price, i would have expected another complimentary biscuit on the second day.
