comfortable stay in city center
polite staff spacious room comfortable bathroom excellent location
i found the staff very polite and helpful upon arrival they continued to be so for the rest of my stay the room was spacious i found it comfortable especially the bathroom i did appreciate this feature it added a touch of luxury. the receptionists were very helpful and cute. the location is excellent right across from the train station

worn room lukewarm food
The location was convenient.
The room I had seemed a bit worn. Some of the bathroom fittings needed repair. Breakfast was disappointing. The food was barely warm. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I likely would not return.

The bed was very comfortable and bedding quality helped. The room was reasonably quiet and the shower was very good. I did enjoy the food in the restaurant as well. The location was good for accessing the train station.
The hotel rooms could be cold at times. I did also notice there was a lack of tables in the bar.

the room was spacious. heating controls were easy to use.
the shower had mould around the bottom edge of the shower tray. the lighting in the toilet was also inadequate. shaving was awkward because my face was in shadow.
