convenient access comfortable bed helpful staff

The hotel provided convenient access to the metro station (it was only a five-minute walk). My room had a very comfortable bed. I found the staff to be helpful (especially Richard at reception).

decent size mini fridge colorful design locked safe missing earrings no response

the twin room had a decent size. i found a mini fridge inside the room which was quite useful. colorful design.

the safe in the room was locked. i went to ask for assistance several times, but it never opened. after i returned home, i noticed my earrings were missing. the hotel staff didn't respond to my email about this issue.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the nearest metro station. Free tea was available at the reception..

The hotel seemed a bit old. I could hear everything my neighbor said. The towels were very small in my room.
