The double room was perfect for our romantic getaway. i found a comfortable bed and a great shower in the bathroom. there were plenty of soft towels. it felt so thoughtful to find complimentary water, nuts, crisp, and biscuits waiting for us. Such a sweet surprise! the communal kitchen area was a lovely touch too, where we could easily make coffee and toast.
The music from the downstairs bar was louder than i anticipated, lasting until the early hours. I think that quieter music would improve the experience.

the staff sent very clear instructions via email for entering the hotel and accessing keys, ensuring seamless arrival! they were helpful and friendly, ready to answer questions and provide directions, which really set a cute tone! i appreciated their attentiveness.

the bedroom was nicely furnished and decorated! a large electric fan helped during warmer days. the shared kitchenette had hot drink-making facilities and squash, perfect for a quick refreshment. it was comforting to have these amenities available.

i found the location wonderful. it was really close to everything i wanted to see. the room was nicely renovated too. it. i will remember the hotel in my next travel.
the walls were very thin. i could hear a lot of noise from outside especially at night. earplugs helped a little bit the noise but not completely. maybe the hotel can invest a bit more in noise isolation.

the location was central and very convenient for exploring the city! i really liked how close it was to the main attractions and the train station. the room itself was spacious and the tv with apps was a nice touch.
the shared areas, like the entrance and corridors, seemed a bit neglected and could use some attention.

The location is central. The room was neat for one person. The shower was good. The provided guides to the local area were in the room. I liked that.
I found the bed lumpy. I thought it was a super noisy area. The place needs double glazing. It was not clear that this was almost like a hostel.

the location was perfect! i could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. the room was renovated nicely and really clean (i'm quite picky!). the staff responded quickly when i had a small question.
the stairs had some graffiti, and it felt a little odd at first.
