reasonable stay in soho

i stayed there for a couple of nights, and location was ideal. it was in soho, it was very close to many shops and restaurants. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable too.
One morning, breakfast was slow to arrive. the cappuccinos were lukewarm, and i think it sat for a while before they brought it to me. the gym was a little underwhelming and felt too busy with more than three people using it. beautiful room lacked vanity mirror. It's imperative if you are putting on contact lenses.

friendly reception early check-in parking charges pre-booked cocktails
I liked this hotel. Reception staffs let me check in early because a room was ready. This helped as I had a matinee booked. The hotel organized parking charges at the car park nearby. I also had pre-booked cocktails in the Blind Spot bar.
The bathroom sink was somewhat small, making it a bit tricky to use without water splashing.

Breakfast included a great variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot options. I found the coffee machine produced good quality beverages, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. The restaurant staffs were attentive.

lovely spot right in the heart of it all
superb location buffet choice relaxing ambience
The location proved superb. It was near everything. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and hot options were available. friendly staff throughout the hotel created a relaxing ambience.
the sink in the bathroom was not very practical. i could barely fit my hands under it and water ran down the back.

Our beautiful king bed room included great linens and towels. the design was stylish, and amenities were plentiful. I found an umbrella, which i needed! the room felt comfortable.

Breakfast included many cooked breakfasts, varied and made to order. everything arrived hot and tasty. the restaurant and bar staff were wonderful, especially monika and james. They were very helpful.

attentive staff prime location friendly service
I found the staff at the bell desk to be attentive. Ilidio, Visar, Aldo and the whole team provided friendly service. The location worked very well for accessing Leicester Square and Covent Garden.
I found the check-in process to be somewhat slow upon arrival.

the hotel is very clean. the staff is polite. i found my room had plenty of amenities. the location is really good.
The reception was slow. i noticed about ten people were around. however, i did not get help with my luggage. the coffee cups were too big. They fell out and spilled coffee on the floor.

thoughtful preparation separate areas apple pay incidental charge
the room was lovely. everything was thoughtfully prepared in a limited space, so it did not feel tight. the room was nicely separated into different areas.
I arrived, and i offered to pay with apple pay. they did not have the facilities, which i found inconvenient. then my husband used his debit card, and they added another £200 incidental charge to the bill. It will take 3 to 7 days to return to the bank account.
