helpful staff upgraded room historic area small room bird poop broken air conditioning

i found the front desk staff REALLY helpful. they upgraded my room. the location IS in a historic area , very central.

the room WAS very small , the bed took up the entire room. the chairs on the balcony had bird poop all over them , so it wasn't very inviting. the air conditioning was out completely one night , and i was sweating all night.

the location was great. it was close to the center, however it was very peaceful. the terrace is a very nice bonus, especially when the weather is nice! the staff were also friendly.

The room was a little small. The bed seemed to take up almost the entire room.

the location was indeed fantastic. i found i could easily walk to many central locations. the free juice and sweets at reception added a nice touch. the rooftop area provided a nice spot to unwind. i liked that the staff were friendly and available.

the room was quite small though, with limited space for luggage storage!

the location is central. It made it easy to get around! The staff were friendly, and they assisted with directions for public transportation. The coffee shop on the corner was also convenient.

the room was small, i could not open suitcases fully. there was nowhere to store anything. the shower had only a glass screen and no separate room.

This central location made exploring the city super easy! I loved that the rooms were very clean every day. The option to leave luggage before check-in was also convenient!

The air conditioning was a little weak . But I have to say that it honestly didn't bother me too much!

I liked the central location, close to attractions and restaurants. the rooftop garden provided a relaxing space. staff members were friendly and helpful. Paula gave me some insights. i found free juice and sweets at reception, a nice touch.

rooms are not very soundproof. i could hear hallway noise.
