broken tiles old tv
the location was very handy for temple bar.
the room was quite disappointing (especially considering the price). i found the floor tiles badly broken and there was dirt on the walls. also, the tv was very old with barely any working channels.

charming experience

early arrival central location
the staff accommodated our early arrival, preparing our room several hours before the usual check-in time. the hotel's central location provided convenient access to many places. the hotel brought extra coffee pods and cream each time we called. our room was very clean and serviced daily.
i noticed the electrical sockets weren't very tightly fixed to the wall. they started to pull out when removing a plug or plug adapter. the hotel's website mentioned that these beautiful double rooms hadn't been fully updated.
Service
9/10
the team sorted out for us to stop directly out front to unload our bags and complete the check in process. they recommended a parking placewith a discount and excellent late check out offer.
Rooms
9/10
the room was spacious with plenty of well thought out storage areas for luggage and personal items. it was exactly what i wanted with comfortable stylish decor and well equipped amenities and supplies.
