The location proved convenient. The mall was just a short walk. the staff were very polite. They catered to every request promptly. i particularly loved the diplomatic suite. The beds ensured a great sleep. presentation and cleanliness were perfect. The hotel offered a luxurious environment.
the air conditioning made some noise during the night, disturbing my sleep slightly.

I found the in-room amenities quite basic for this category of hotel.. I honestly expected more, especially given the price per night. The hotel staff also gave little attention to my anniversary. I had to follow up for a surprise. The gesture ended up being an impersonal pillow with two hearts.

The in-room amenities felt quite basic. there was an impersonal pillow gesture for our anniversary that i followed up on. honestly, i expected more for almost usd 500 a night. It was not nice.
