The location proved convenient. The mall was just a short walk. the staff were very polite. They catered to every request promptly. i particularly loved the diplomatic suite. The beds ensured a great sleep. presentation and cleanliness were perfect. The hotel offered a luxurious environment.

The hotel is near to popular attractions. It takes only 6-8 minutes to walk to the mall, mainly through the souk al bahar. the time square market also provides direct access. This makes shopping and exploring very easy.

I experienced superb service . The staff quickly addressed my requests. The location is convenient to the shopping mall and local attractions. The room had a modern design and offered useful amenities.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, complete with a large balcony. it had very comfortable chairs and loungers.
I found the in-room amenities quite basic for this category of hotel.. I honestly expected more, especially given the price per night. The hotel staff also gave little attention to my anniversary. I had to follow up for a surprise. The gesture ended up being an impersonal pillow with two hearts.

the location was acceptable since we could walk to the mall daily it was fine.
The in-room amenities felt quite basic. there was an impersonal pillow gesture for our anniversary that i followed up on. honestly, i expected more for almost usd 500 a night. It was not nice.
