The staff were amazing and addressed all my requests quickly. megan at reception greeted us. She offered helpful suggestions for exploring the area. i had arranged balloon delivery, and the team ensured everything was placed perfectly in our room before we arrived. the bar staff were also attentive, fulfilling requests for ice buckets and champagne glasses.
the bathroom sink didn't drain away, slightly inconvenient.

The staff provided superb service. My room had a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The Scottish breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. I found the hotel very peaceful . Its decoration was attractive.
The bar closed early at 11 PM, inconvenient. I needed to move to the hotel reception for a drink. The reception had very limited seating.
