She offered helpful suggestions for exploring the area. i had arranged balloon delivery, and the team ensured everything was placed perfectly in our room before we arrived. the bar staff were also attentive, fulfilling requests for ice buckets and champagne glasses.
the bathroom sink didn't drain away, slightly inconvenient.
