the location was a HUGE plus, especially because i had an event at the excel centre. the room was bigger than i thought and i loved the seating area. the staff was really nice and helpful, a HUGE help during a busy time. beds were nice and really well done.

The building was clean. Rooms have a modern feel. Hotel staffs were nice. Mohammed and the young ladies at reception were helpful.
The receptionist was rude. She said I could not be refunded. The manager was not present. The card number they refunded me on did not match my card number.
