Acceptable stay, but some issues need attention

The location was good, close to many attractions.
The main entrance facing the sea lacked lighting at night, I found that odd. Reception staff seemed disinterested and gave a minimal welcome. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle and the hand held shower attachment wasn't working.

The christmas decorations were tastefully done. Friendly staff greeted me and had a greeting for us, reception, waiters, bar staff, housekeeping, and even the night porter, were always cheery, and the food in the bistro was excellent. The location overlooks the sea, and it is just minutes away from the shops, bars, and restaurants.

The hotel overlooks the sea, and it is just minutes away from the shops, bars, and restaurants, i noticed . I also observed that the location is very convenient for walking to nearby attractions, the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of items to choose from. I dined in the bistro, and the food was excellent there. Hot food was cooked freshly to order, very satisfying.

The beautiful double sea view room i had was fabulous. It was really well-appointed and super clean. I found the room to be warm and cute and the ensuite facilities were superb and cleaned often by housekeeping.

mixed feelings about my stay
air conditioning
The lack of air conditioning was a major problem, especially with the small fan provided. it barely made a difference! hauling my luggage up the stairs wasn't ideal at all. the breakfast buffet also had issues with food availability. It seemed poorly stocked at times.
