the location suited my travel plans perfectly i found it very convenient. the staff was friendly i felt welcomed and taken care of. the room was well-kept i found it very super clean and cozy.

the lifts were occasionally slow i found myself waiting a bit longer than expected.

the bed was comfy. it was also clean and tidy. i found the location excellent because it was next to the tube station. the staff was friendly, and they provided useful information.

the room lighting included stark bright spotlights. there was no soft lighting from lamps.

the LOCATION was really convienient to access many parts of the city. the staff members are friendly and helpful, i appreciated their quick responses.

i didnt like that the walls were thin and could hear noise from the hallway. the air conditioning was loud too, so i turned it off.

the staff were friendly! they provided useful information! kyle and samre were attentive! they quickly organised maintenance when i needed it! i am grateful for their hospitality! the location is very convenient! the hotel is close to two underground stations!

the room was shockingly small! there was barely enough room for two people to move around! it was sparsely furnished! there wasn't enough space to keep two suitcases open! the ac was terrible! the thermostat was set to 13 degrees c! the room felt closer to 26 degrees c! i doubt the ac was working!
