spacious suite rainfall shower separate area
i stayed in a river king suite and it was HUGE!!! the separate living area was a great bonus. the bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower, so getting ready was super easy!!!
The gym only had a few treadmills. I wish there were more.

i found the front desk staff very helpful. azher was professional during check-in. zakia at reception was also helpful with directions and recommendations. the bar was fantastic with polite staff like reddy and aurora.

efficient receptionist marina view excellent suite
the suite overlooked the marina, a very neat view. i slept well. hafsa at reception was friendly and efficient. All staff were personable.
the outdoor light on the balcony didn't work.

The restaurant offered tasty dishes, and the servers were very kind. I particularly enjoyed the dinner i had there! many options were available at breakfast, either buffet style or ordered from the menu.

Mohit and gennaro at the front desk were helpful, a big positive! zakia provided great customer service and allowed me to check in early. She also gave me an upgrade. valentina was also a fantastic professional.

the hotel is in a quiet area near the marina. it's easy to get to the city center with an uber boat! there are clean walking routes, and the surrounding area is very calm.
