I found the staff supportive. They ensured i knew about prime spots and dining. the rooftop bar became my nightly retreat, offering sweeping city views. the location allowed for romantic strolls. Everything felt perfectly within reach.
the storage in the room proved insufficient for my needs. i missed having a bedside table on both sides of the bed. i ended up improvising solutions, it somewhat detracted from the room's otherwise lovely ambiance

i was shown to a lovely room with a terrace facing the bell tower upon arrival. the bathroom products supplied were fabulous and the hotel provided bottled water daily. the coffee making facilities were replenished each day .
street noise was noticeable at night and made sleeping difficult at times
