the location was great it was near the tube and shops.
i booked a beautiful double room i expected extra space. i found the room missing furniture such as a luggage stand. the mattress was also very hard it was uncomfortable. the staff seemed incompetent requests were not handled well.

I appreciated the room size (it was a Beautiful Double Room). The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast was tasty (especially the pastries).
The closet space was very limited. The room lacked a luggage stand (which was inconvenient). The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed (I waited a while to check in).
