the location was really good for getting to places. staff were helpful when i asked for directions. the room i had included blackout blinds, a nice feature. i was also provided good shower and water pressure.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I found the towels and linen of great quality. I liked the fast check-in process and the helpful staff. The location is fantastic. It is close to train and tube stations.

awesome location near victoria station!

i travelled by coach and the victoria coach station was so close! it was only about 5 minutes away. the location is really central to many of the main attractions. the staff are so cute and very helpful. check-in was smooth.
My double room was a little tight on space. I could hear the tubes running. it was on the first floor.

The location was excellent. It was close to the central attractions and Victoria station. The staff were cute, and they made great hot chocolate!
The room was small. The pictures were quite misleading! I had to sleep with my suitcase ON MY BED because it wouldn't fit anywhere else.
