The hotel has spacious rooms with some added extras for comfort, but the beds feel low quality and the room lacks a designed feel. The outside view is very nice, and the cleanliness is commendable.
The hotel's design was cold, and the rooms felt like storage rooms with only a small thin sliding door separating each type of room. However, the staff was very friendly and hospitable, providing excellent service. The location was very convenient, close to the train station, but guests had to be proactive to secure a better room. The dining experience was fine, with delicious offerings, especially the fresh bread and Edam cheese. Overall, the hotel offers a mixed experience with room design as a drawback and excellent service as a highlight.
