my parent used this hotel for multiple stays, over their trip. the 24-hour desk was helpful for late check-ins, it was a nice thing. the buses stop just outside, that connect richmond and clapham junction. a short walk got you to east putney station.
the room was small, i have to admit that. i noticed limited power points, these days i was surprised to see it.

i was able to find the hotel within walking distance of transport links. i booked a superior room and got one in the newer part of the building, it was perfectly clean. the room included a coffee machine, iron, hairdryer and water (all complimentary).
i would have liked more electric points near the desk for my laptop. there were many points, but i had to rearrange what was plugged in.

the room was clean, and the location suited my needs just fine.
I arrived back late and the night staff seemed quite unhelpful. I asked for a glass of water, but they acted as though it was a huge imposition, and a simple request became quite awkward. it seemed like i was bothering them by existing.

The room I booked was very hot. The air conditioning was too loud for me to sleep, so I turned it off. Then, opening the window brought in too much road noise. I really had a terrible night's sleep because of this.

The room was quite small, and it felt cramped. This seriously disrupted sleep. the in-room safe was not working. This added to the frustration, as I wanted to store valuables.
