perfect breakfastfriendly staff
The breakfast had every choice I could want. The room I stayed in was large, with a sizable bathroom perfect for two guests. Staff members are friendly, always cute and happy to assist with requests.

the breakfast buffet had a really nice selection (i especially liked the pastries).
the tv was just awful. it was some kind of 'hotel tv', not a smart tv so i couldn't even watch netflix. also, changing channels took forever, and the back of the remote kept falling off. it was really annoying.

the location proved convenient. it was very close to the tube station. the secure parking was welcome, costing £22 for 24 hours. the staff exhibited politeness and good customer service.
i think the room needs some attention, it looked a little worn.
