the location was acceptable, it was close to the underground station.
The room i got was not the superior triple room i booked. Instead, i was given a standard twin room. the daily cleaning was very superficial. There was no vacuuming done . also, the staff at reception were not friendly. They only did what was strictly necessary

The location is close to the Underground. This made getting around easy. My room had a good shower. I also liked the Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries though they were fixed to the bathroom fittings.
The air conditioning turned off every two hours. This made sleeping difficult. I would wake up overheated. Maintenance required three calls. Staff seemed disinterested and ignored calls.

The location is quite convenient, two minutes from the tube station.
The air conditioning was inadequate and it made sleeping difficult as the room became very hot. I adjusted the thermostat to 18 degrees Celsius, but the temperature increased.
