I stayed at the Radisson with my family for four nights in two standard rooms. The hotel could use some care, and there was a bit of smoke smell. The staff offered me a quiet room and organized complementary late check-out, but they were unable to hand over a receipt at checkout. The location is very good for the Media Hafen area, with friendly and supportive staff, although breakfast wait times were a bit long due to many guests. The dining experience was below average and expensive at €18 a head.
