I REALLY liked the central location. It's close to shopping centers and places to eat. the starbucks within the hotel MADE waking up to coffee easy. the location is also great because sound proofing IS good.
the shower room's sink was constantly clogged.

The room was spacious and it was nicely laid out. It offered comfort and style. the bed was comfortable AND clean. i found a hairdryer available.

The hotel staff was really helpful. They were responsive and attentive to all inquiries i had. front desk staff gave excellent recommendations for alternatives that i appreciated! the staff were polite and friendly.

a starbucks coffee shop IS within the hotel, and it makes it convenient to wake up to good coffee! breakfast came with menu choices DELIVERED to the room. that was pretty nice.

The hotel IS central to all the main malls AND outdoor bars and restaurants. So convenient! pavilion mall IS less than 5 minutes WALK. it is on the main road.

The location is very convenient. I found many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean, a pleasant surprise!
The room service was quite slow. I asked for an extra towel and waited almost an hour for it to arrive. The noise from the street was also noticeable during the night.

The location was good. The rooms were clean.
The TV remote did not work well, and it took a long time to turn on the TV. Changing channels was a chore too. the room seemed small due to the black walls. It felt dark.
