really positive stay
great communication clean hotel convenient location
the staff communication was great. the email prior to arrival had good detail. the hotel was clean and warm, i find it comfortable. it is a good location, very convenient to reach attractions.
wifi didn't work well in my room, , made planning my days a little harder.

the room was super clean. fresh towels arrived daily. the bed was very comfortable. the room had sufficient lighting and included tea and coffee supplies.

the hotel is a walk from the tram stop. the tram goes directly to princes street. the castle is a short stroll away. buses are available nearby too.

convenient location clean facilities friendly staff comfortable bed
location prove advantageous. i appreciate clean facilities, staff was friendly. bed was comfortable. bus transport access most parts of city, that i found very convenient.
hotel decor nice, looking a little tired, they're closing in november for a referb but they may not be open for next season. i don't love this info.

A pantry offer complimentary tea, coffee, juice and snacks. It saves time and money. The lounge was comfortable with a courtyard i did enjoy very much.

The staff members were helpful. They managed requests efficiently. Staff ensured luggage storage, which i found convenient. Staff was available and always very kind.

The room provided necessary amenities. the bed was excellent. Water pressure in the shower was good. The room included toiletries and fresh towels, what i did find necessary for my stay.
