the staff communication was great. the email prior to arrival had good detail. the hotel was clean and warm, i find it comfortable. it is a good location, very convenient to reach attractions.
wifi didn't work well in my room, , made planning my days a little harder.

location prove advantageous. i appreciate clean facilities, staff was friendly. bed was comfortable. bus transport access most parts of city, that i found very convenient.
hotel decor nice, looking a little tired, they're closing in november for a referb but they may not be open for next season. i don't love this info.
