Charming Stay with Excellent Staff

friendly staff unique features fun lift

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Harri and Michaela. The building has a beautiful interior with original features from the 1800s. The cage lift was also a fun and unique feature of the hotel .

The cold tap in my bathroom did not run cold water , inconvenient. This occurred at 4:30 in the morning when I woke up thirsty so I had to get dressed to search for water.

The staff were cute and chatty . They offered assistance with directions and local recommendations. The reception area was always staffed, providing quick support with any requests or questions. Staff addressed my needs with efficiency.

fantastic central stay!

convenient parking culinary delight

the location was AMAZING! parking across the street was super convenient. i pre-booked using the hotel discount. the proximity to shops and restaurants was ideal. the italian restaurant next door was a culinary delight, seriously the best italian i've had outside of italy!

the bathroom needed some serious tlc. i hope the new owners get to refurbishing it soon! it did not ruin my stay though.

The staff were good. the beds were comfortable. i seemed like i was sleeping in a cloud. i was also able to enjoy the little extras like coffee and snacks. I don't normally get that variety. juices.

the bar was poorly stocked. i asked for a few different drinks but was told they never had them, even for a basic drink like lemonade.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is centrally based, close to everything we wanted to do this trip. it is near to the train station, so it's easy to get around.

a good visit

great location super king bed friendly staff

the location offers easy access from central station, it was very convenient. my room included a super king bed, i found it comfortable. the staff welcomed me in a friendly way, and their facilities impressed me.

the service was shambolic and understaffed, this let me down. waiters ignored us, and did not wipe the tables properly. it took twenty minutes to get coffee but i had to ask for the cups.
