The hotel had beautiful bedrooms with good facilities and character, but the windows were too high up to see out of. The service, from the waitstaff in the restaurant to the front desk and management, was exceptional and accommodating. The location was within walking distance of most attractions and right in the center of the city. The dining experience was not included in the rate, but the tapas served were delicious. The facilities were modern and convenient.

Despite these drawbacks, the hotel managed to accommodate our requests. The dining experience had some cold items, but the great bread made up for it.
